Part number K20024 (1.6 K Series Alpha Performance Gold kit) has now been optimised for use with the Caterham Superlight free flow exhaust system. The free flowing characteristics of this system complement the throttle bodies of the Alpha system, resulting in an engine that is not only almost 20BHP more powerful AT THE ROADWHEELS , but also, in the words of the owner of the development car pictured left, "Pulls like a train all the way to the red line - feels much more powerful right through the rev range". Bronze Kit:

A state of the art 2-D electronic ignition system that can be upgraded to full 3-D functionality

with the addition of the unique ALPHA throttle position sensor kit. The system is suitable for

all 4 cylinder engines (static or distributor based). Other features include:

A High tech ignition management solution (as Bronze kit) complete with the legendary WEBER

DCOE carburettors. The system features a 3-D map - speed limiter - gearshift lamp output and

tachometer output. This highly successful combination releases the performance potential of an

engine while maintaining excellent driveability and fuel consumption. All kits are supplied with

every part needed, including Ignition Kit, calibrated Carburettors, Manifold, Air cleaners,

throttle linkage etc. THIS IS THE MOST COMPLETE KIT OF ITS KIND AVAILABLE TODAY!!

Recalibration can be carried by an ALPHA dealer, to allow engines to be modified to other states

of tune.

 A High tech full engine management system which controls both fuelling and ignition requirements.

Developed from years of experience in the racing industry (This kit is a direct descendent of the kit

used to power John Cleland's BTCC championship winning Vauxhall Cavalier in 1995)and supply to most

major Kit Car manufacturers, this complete kit contains everything you need to transform your engine.

All kits are supplied calibrated for standard engine specification with the added ability to be reprogrammed

by an ALPHA dealer for all other states of tune.

This really is an Engine Management Kit-In-A-Box that can be fitted by a competent DIY enthusiast,

and has every single part needed. Most kits Include ECU, Loom, Sensors, Manifold, Throttle Bodies, Injectors,

Air Filters, Idle Control valve, Throttle linkage. etc, etc.

Platinum Kit:

Upgrade the Gold full engine management kit with the new Platinum kit. The kit includes

specially developed fast road cams and an upgraded fuel and ignition calibration chip. All calibration

work carried out on otherwise standard engines using standard exhaust catalysts.
